Arbinet Communications, "the NASDAQ of Telecoms," pioneered online trading in telecom capacity by developing a Web-based community called the Arbinet Global Clearing Network™ (AGCN™) in which buyers and sellers are brought together to trade telecommunications capacity and services on a secured exchange.
