Author Carl Tashian is working on a brand new HTML book, his web site includes rough drafts of his work in progress. As of right now, the following drafts appear on the site: Introduction: HTML, SGML, and other four-letter words, Web Colors and Backgrounds, Password Protecting your Web site, Highway Robbery: Web Site Theft Protection, Pictures of Text, Photo Preparation Guide, Introduction to Forms - Building Forms, and Search Engine "Placement." The drafts include links offering additional information, detailed examples and a few interactive activities. Two sections of the original book edition are also on the web site. In addition to the drafts this web site has an easily accessible HTML Chat Room and Message Boards. For fun the author provides Lost in Translation section: Type in a phrase and see what you actually typed after 10 translations. The user has the option of viewing this web site in English or German/Deutsch.
