It is a collection of people, places and things that can help you understand your rights in the emerging Information Age - with the emphasis on Florida resources. Searchable by people (lawyers and other specialists), places (intellectual property, trademark, copyright patent) and things (documents, articles, cases, statutes) - small but good list, especially for Floridians.

September 23, 1998. Although the document purports merely to "assist people in better understanding"
of the NSI Trademark Domain Name Dispute Policy, it in fact brings about some substantive changes
in the Policy. This site offers a commentary regarding the FAQ. Anyone who cares about the NSI Policy
needs to read the so-called FAQ.
